This just in … I’m interrupting my regularly scheduled word-wrangling to announce that I’ve made it into the top 50 of Harlequin’s So You Think You Can Write contest. Woot! I’m in shock, elated, stressed. If you’d like to read my opening chapter, you may click here.
Of course I hoped I would advance to the next round, but I was not expecting this to happen. I’ve decided I’m going to have to abandon my 31 days posts and get to work finishing my manuscript. The next round of competition requires submitting a full manuscript so the judges can narrow down to 10. So, I’m going to channel all of my writing energy toward this fantastic opportunity.
